Shipping fees are non-refundable. All orders typically process within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays, and ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS; whichever is most economical. Shipping speed and package arrival times are dependent upon the carrier, we make no guarantees and are not held liable. Once the package is in the custody of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS, Palmer Preston is no longer the responsible party. Palmer Preston is not responsible for shipping address errors made on behalf of consumer at the time of purchase. Please always confirm your entire address is accurate before checking out.
In the event of a package being lost, stolen, or damaged we do encourage you to visit the appropriate carrier and utilize their online claim portal for any such issues.
For example on the USPS website after 15 business days you can make an eligible claim for lost packages. They would need the package details, which were emailed to you at checkout/time of shipping such as tracking number. They investigate and either produce the missing package or mail you a refund check for valid order.
